Many experts believe the Chicago Bulls can defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round of the NBA playoffs but even with the loss of JR Smith for the first two games and Kevin Love for the rest of the playoffs the offshore oddsmakers still have Cleveland as the favorite to come out of the East. Golden State is the big favorite in the West and to win the championship. The San Antonio Spurs who must play a game 7 on the road at the Clippers are still the fourth highest odds to win the title after the Warriors, Cavaliers and the Bulls.
